Large, cozy bedrooms for one or two people, Sunday through Thursday, are $110 per night, with full buffet breakfast in the dining room. Fridays and Saturdays are available only in our weekend package -- Friday 4 pm to Sunday 11 am -- for $195 for two people, and includes Saturday continental breakfast at the Jarrell 1920 House and a lunch discount at the Whistle Stop Cafe in nearby Juliette, featured in the movie, "Fried Green Tomatoes," and Sunday full buffet breakfast in the Jarrell 1920 House dining room.
Two bedrooms are currently available. Dick & Mamie's Room has an antique queen-size bed and adjoining bath. The Guest Room has two double antique beds, a private entrance, and a private bath down the hall. Both bedrooms have central heat and air, ceiling fan, color tv, and fireplace.
Iced tea and cookies are served upon arrival. Guests receive free tours of the Jarrell 1920 House and adjoining Jarrell Plantation State Historic Site, both in the National Register of Historic Places.
The Jarrell 1920 House is smoke-free. The bed & breakfast is suitable for well-behaved children over 12. No pets, please. (A sheep dog and his troupe of admiring cats live on the site.)
Extra person daily is an additional $20; extra person for weekend is additonal $35. Sales tax is 7%.
We are open year-round by reservation only. Major credit cards accepted.
