We accommodate special diets. We especially enjoy preparing "Gluten Free" breakfasts.

Each room is $175 for two people in the room. A full breakfast buffet in the dining room is included.

Weekend Special is a total of $325 for two people in the room. Saturday morning is a Continental Breakfast. Sunday is full buffet in dining room.

Extra person daily is an additional $20; extra person for weekend is additional $35. Sales tax is 7%.

Two bedrooms are currently available. Dick & Mamie's Room has an antique queen-size bed and adjoining bath, central heat and air, ceiling fan, color tv, and fireplace.

The Guest Room has two double antique beds, a private entrance, and a private bath down the hall, central heat and air, ceiling fan, color tv, and fireplace.

Creme sodas and cookies are served upon arrival. Guests receive free tours of the Jarrell 1920 House and a coupon for a free tour of the adjoining Jarrell Plantation State Historic Site, both in the National Register of Historic Places. The State site is open Thursday through Sunday. You also receive a coupon for a free order of fried green tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe in nearby Juliette, featured in the movie, "Fried Green Tomatoes."

The Jarrell 1920 House is smoke-free. We allow smoking in your vehicle ONLY. The bed & breakfast is suitable for well-behaved children over 12. No pets, please. (A Shepadoodle and his troupe of admiring cats live on the site.)

We are open year-round by reservation only. Major credit cards accepted.

Sunday through Thursday check-in between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Friday check-in is between 4:00 pm and before dark. (Please call for exact time.)
